Coach Anice Moore

The Hornets Hire Anice Moore as Head Varsity Cheer Coach


Anice Moore brings an immense amount of cheerleading experience as both a former student-athlete and cheerleading coach. Moore is a graduate of the University of West Georgia where she majored in sports management and minored in marketing.  While there, she won a cheerleading national title in 2006. She has worked for all-star programs where she taught tumbling classes and worked with middle and high school cheerleading competition teams.  She has worked for Varsity Spirit, Inc. and Universal Cheerleaders Association for thirteen years and worked numerous cheerleading camps in the southeast, especially in Disney World for the ESPN competitions.  She also was an international ambassador at the International Cheer competition in Disney World.   She has taught all ages from preschool to university age and judged cheerleading tryouts.  She also has taught and judged in various countries in the Caribbean to help cheerleading progress further there.  Anice currently is an elementary special education teacher for Fulton County and also works for Varsity Camp Administration and is a head camp manager for numerous camps at various sites during the summer. Athletic Director Keydrick Barlow says “The Hornet Family is pleased to have added such a proven coach in Coach Moore. I am confident that she will propel our cheerleading team to the next level.
